Starting Wednesday, March 15th our water line project will be moving from Columbian Road to 4th Street. While Columbian will open back up, 4th Street will be closed to west-bound traffic from Poplar to Walnut including the north intersections at Chestnut, Spruce, and Vine. The detour for west bound traffic will be Poplar, to 5th Street, to Walnut. Work is estimated to take about three weeks.
