  • To provide youth an opportunity to give back to the community through volunteer and leadership opportunities
  • To grow partnerships among the business community and USD 320
  • To provide an understanding of a Chamber’s Scope of Work and impact on any given community
  • To encourage youth to engage in their communities, give back and volunteer over the span of a lifetime

MEETING SPACE:  Iron Clad Wamego

MEETING TIMES:  Once monthly, Approx. 40 minutes, Also during volunteering hours


  • Peer Chamber Student Expectations
  • Monthly Meetings at Iron Clad featuring Guest Speakers/Leadership Activities
  • Volunteer Opportunities including Tulip Festival, OZToberFest, Season of Lights, and 4th of July
  • Community Projects like Pennyland Park and the City Park ballfields
  • Attending Monthly Membership Lunches, Young Professional Lunch & Learns, and Wake Up Wamego as a “Sponsored Student”
  • Work collaboratively with Youth Entrepreneurs, FBLA and other Student Groups
